Regardless of your faith background (or if you are figuring out what you believe) I am grateful that our paths have intersected right here!

I am a creative free spirit who loves to help people connect to their own inner wisdom and the Spirits movement in their lives.  I have a certification in Spiritual Formation, am trained in Immanuel Prayer, and am studying to become a prayer companion for the Spiritual Exercises.  However, my most important training came through the hardships of life when I came face to face with myself and the Holy as I moved through some very hard life experiences.  That journey opened me to new ways of seeing myself and God.

They say the more you know yourself, the more you know God and the more you know God, the more you know yourself.

Some ways I have deepened that knowing are through art, imaginary prayer, music, movement/ dance, children’s (and adult) literature, nature, breathwork, body awareness, centering, mandalas and even scribble prayers!

I’d love to connect with you and explore together the movements of the Spirit in your own life as well as new ways to connect deeper to your own knowing.
