Self-care during the holidays

With the holidays just around the corner and the continued polarization in our nation – Do you already have that uneasy feeling in your stomach? Are you overcome with overwhelm just thinking about the potential table conversations? You are not alone!

This is your invitation to join spiritual director, Felicia Larson, in a brave space to strategize navigating the holiday season during these turbulent times. What you will come away with are a variety of self-care skills to help you practice self-control.

So, come slow down and support your mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Let’s access a deeper connection with yourself and with God through: your five senses, embodiment practices, and written reflection exercises.

When: Saturday, November 8th from 9:00 am – 10:30 am Pacific/ 11:00 am – 12:30 pm CST/12:00 noon – 1:30 pm EST

Cost: $50

The teaching elements of each gathering will be recorded and available to those who register.
