O Come , O Come — an invitation to enter into Advent

You may be quite familiar with the Advent hymn, O Come, O Come Emmanuel. Perhaps you’ve heard or sung it countless times, to the point that it blends in with the noises and sounds of the season.

On Saturday, December 13th, Jennifer Andersson will lead us in an online mini-Advent retreat around the spirit of this centuries old hymn, based on the O Antiphons, also known as the Magnificat antiphons.

They are referred to as the “O Antiphons” because the title of each verse begins with “O”, along with one of the names of the One for whom we wait, for whom we long: O Wisdom. O Emmanuel (God with us). O Dayspring.

Join Jennifer as she create space for you to be present to where you find yourself this season; and how the use of words, names, images, and music may help you enhance  and deepen that presence.

We will gather Saturday, December 13th from 8:00-9:30 am Pacific/10:00-11:30 am CST/11:00 am – 12:30 PM EST.

We believe in creating space for everyone. Our tiered pricing allows guests to choose a level that aligns with their resources while ensuring the event remains sustainable. Whether you choose the hospitality, standard, or supporter ticket, your presence matters.
