In-person Stations of Creation

For the beauty of the earth, for the glory of the skies,

For the love which from our birth over and around us lies:

Lord of all to You we raise,

this our grateful hymn of praise.

As spring is waking,  life is being re-newed. That which has been in hibernation is emerging, and we are invited to pay attention and celebrate it!

Stations of Creation is simply a time to gather and do just that: observe our Creator’s natural world –  enlarge our awareness of it – build our gratitude – and strengthen our stewardship through the creation story. We hope through this full-senses experience, we too will be able to say, It is good.

There will be an in person experience in Michigan led by spiritual director, Jennifer Andersson, on Sunday, May 17th in the Arb in Ann Arbor from 1:30 – 2: 30 pm. Email Jennifer at jennifer@journeycentergreatlakes.org  for details if you would like to join her.

A possible in person Stations of Creation is TBD for the Chicago area.

Another option is if you would like to gather a friend or two, or do a personal Stations of Creation of your own at a local park or green space, just email jennifer@journeycentergreatlakes.org for self-guide materials.
