BIPOC Lenten Experience
Join spiritual director, Felicia Larson, for a space curated with you in mind. A few moments to slow your pace in a contemplative space connecting with your heart, mind, body, and soul. Getting in touch with God in community and allowing your souls to catch up. Then offering your centered selves, in love, to those with whom you live and serve.
Each 30-minute gathering will include some elements of: centering practices, breath prayers, scripture and/or poetry reading (Lectio Divina), Visio Divina, brief writing prompts, and grounding movement.
Come prepared to receive!
